We are currently hiring General Laborers.

General laborers may work in any area of the facility, including the corrugator, flexo machines, die cutters, and shipping.  Job tasks will include running product to customer specifications, setting up orders on machines, performing basic preventative maintenance on the machines, conducting required quality checks, and housekeeping of your work area.  On the job training is provided.

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for employment, you must meet the following basic qualifications of the General Labor position:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Ability to read a tape measure

·         Willingness to work any of our three shifts

·         Willingness to work in a loud/noisy environment

·         Willingness to work overtime beyond standard shift and variable starting times

·         Willingness to work weekends

·         Willingness to have contact with dust, grease, oil, or other substances

·         Willingness to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations

·         Willingness to wear safety equipment

·         Willingness to work in a hot/humid environment

·         Willingness to take a drug test and remain drug free

·         Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, and stooping)

·         Ability to obtain a mobile equipment license and operate mobile equipment

·         Willingness to work in a tobacco free environment

·         Previous manufacturing experience is preferred

·         Solid employment background preferred

·         Previous corrugated industry experience a plus
